کاربرد
استاندارد Durometro Barcol Hardness TesterImpressor یک سختی سنج است. عملیات آسان، سریع و تقریباً غیر مخرب است. تست به سادگی یک فشار است. این دستگاه یک ابزار مناسب برای آزمایش سختی آلومینیوم، آلیاژهای آلومینیوم و پلاستیک های تقویت شده با الیاف است که با استاندارد ASTM B648 آمریکا مطابقت دارد.
سختی سنج استاندارد Durometro Barcol عمدتاً برای آزمایش سختی آلومینیوم و آلیاژهای آلومینیوم، برای آزمایش سختی سایر فلزات نرم و محصولات پلاستیکی تقویت شده با الیاف شیشه استفاده می شود. همچنین می‌توان از آن برای آزمایش سختی قطعات کار بسیار بزرگ، بسیار عریض، بسیار ضخیم و برای آزمایش سختی تخته‌ها، مواد تسمه، مواد آهنگری و ریخته‌گری و غیره استفاده کرد.

*With 100 scales, our Barcol Impressor is of higher sensitivity than commonly used Webster hardness testers in aluminum alloy industry.
* It could finish the testing work on one side of the workpiece, without trouble of moving or supporting the workpiece. Due to this feature, the hardness tester can be used to test extra large, extra thick workpieces and assembly parts.
* By use of the conversion table, the test results can be easily converted to HB, HR, HV and HW.
