لرزش سنج قابل حمل MITECH MV800C از مبدل پیزوالکتریک و مدار نمایشگر دیجیتال ساخته شده است. عمدتا برای اندازه گیری شتاب ارتعاش، سرعت و جابجایی دستگاه های چرخشی مختلف استفاده می شود. این محصول دارای مزایای اندازه گیری بزرگ، تنوع گسترده، نمایش شهودی، اندازه کوچک، وزن سبک و غیره است. به طور گسترده در اندازه گیری در محل یا در ارتفاع استفاده می شود و می تواند قدرت لازم برای انجام کار را کاهش دهد، راندمان کار را بهبود بخشد.
Function & application
MV800C is mainly used in monitoring the vibration of machines, such as industries of manufacturing, electric, metallurgy, vehicle etc, specific on the quick check and preventive check of bearing, gear, motor, fan lathe etc.
Working Principle
MV800C combines the quartz crystal and PZT piezoelectric effect together. When the quartz crystal or PZT is under strength, the surface generates charger, the vibration was changed into electrical signal by acceleration transducer. After processing and analyzing, the acceleration, speed and displacement are shown out in the liquid screen.

Operating Method and Attentions
l When using integrated vibration meter, the strength on probe should between 5N-10N.
l Pay attention to the right angle of probe.
l When using different probes, the results might be different(especially in high frequency)
l Do not use pincers to avoid damage.
l Theoretically, MV800C can test acceleration of 199.9m/s, while in reality the collision of probe make the test range lower than199.9m/s2, usually the limit of acceleration is 50m/s2.
Instrument Maintenance
l Avoid man-made damage, put sheathe when using.
l When the battery is almost out, please change the battery.
l Take out the battery when not using to avoid the battery leakage.
l After using, clean the tester with soft cloth, avoid rain or oil infiltration.
